Training You to Conduct PRE-SEED WOrkshops
The Pre-Seed Workshop offers regions a high-intensity technology commercialization program to bolster their entrepreneurial culture and we'll empower you to conduct PSWs yourselves. True sustainable change will come through those local individuals who take ownership of the programs and weave them into the fabric of their communities. As we franchise our programs, we are creating an entrepreneurial network of adopters across the nation and world.
Train-the-Host
We work hand-in-hand with our Host Coordinators to train and then transfer the activities needed to find Idea Champions, build out healthy cross-community and cross-functional teams, and carry-out the event planning.
Train-the-Trainer
We offer a Train-the-Trainer program to engage top notch facilitators in your region. In addition to stand-up delivery, facilitating our workshops requires behind-the-scenes pre-event preparation and post-event follow up. We provide training on all aspects of facilitating a workshop.
Our Recommended Sequence for training new facilitators is called: 1, 2, 3, Go!
1st Workshop - Two Founder Facilitators, Trainees Coach
2nd Workshop - Two Founder Facilitators, Trainees Shadow
3rd Workshop - One Founder Facilitator, Trainees Facilitate 80% Minimum
4th Workshop – No Founder Facilitators, Trainees On-Their-Own

Actually, both new Hosts and new Facilitators are trained during the 1, 2, 3 Go! process as summarized below:
As shown in the table above, by the 4th workshop, you're on your own (Go!). We'll still maintain a licensing arrangement with you and provide considerable support.
